Lisa PeteetNavigator | Creative Director
As co-founder and brand navigator for Atlas, Lisa leads our creative team through the journey of building a brand atlas that positions our client’s businesses and products for growth. Lisa loves working with clients to craft innovative design solutions that inspire better business and community.
During her years as a graphic designer, account manager and creative director Lisa has had the privilege of creating award-winning design for varied clients, among them non-profit, real estate and development, education, business and the arts.
When she is not glued to her monitor or comparing Pantone colors, Lisa is wearing an apron and experimenting in the kitchen, collecting all things related to vintage travel or spending quality time with friends and family.
Lisa holds a dual degree in graphic design and corporate communications from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Dean PeteetHelmsman | Strategy Director
With over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service, Dean is an asset to our work in brand analysis, new business development and consumer research. As a founder and helmsman of our ship, Dean is often researching the latest trends and finding out what motivates human behavior. All of his work centers on steering our client’s brand strategy in the right direction.
When he’s not scrutinizing research or discussing generational patterns, Dean can be found fervently playing his bass or veraciously reading books and collecting music.
Dean is a native of Western North Carolina and graduated from Montreat College in Black Mountain, North Carolina.
Dean and Lisa Peteet are members of the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, Executive Association of Greater Asheville, Logo Lounge, the Media Arts Project, Young Professionals and Behance.
