Graphic Design Job Asheville: 3 – 7 years of professional design experience.
In-person: Asheville, NC, not remote.
The Studio
Our boutique studio crafts brands, packaging, and websites primarily for food & beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. Established in 2008, our tight-knit studio typically has between 5 – 8 crew members. More details about our culture and values are below.
Studio hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position will report to the creative director and work closely with the design and development team.

Responsibilities
Ability to draw in a few different marketable styles.
Design and illustrate identities, packaging, collateral, and web (no coding needed)
Balance 5 – 7 client projects weekly (mixture of deep work and smaller to-dos)
Communicate with clients in early stages and possible follow-ups
Take design projects that others may have started and finalize
Willing to do your own production/file prep
In-house project design, e.g., Atlas marketing, client gifts, etc.
Ethically using AI tools in your workflow
Qualifications
A strong portfolio in identity design, marks/illustrations, and typography. Only designers who can draw will be considered for this position.
Portfolio that includes recent work completed in the last 2 years
Experience with executing current design trends
Software: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Procreate, Canva, WordPress, Shopify
Proficient knowledge of pre-press and print production
Strong written and professional communication skills
BONUS: Motion Graphics, Figma
