REFUNDS + RETURNS

⚓️  We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final, no refunds.

 

SHIPPING

All orders in the USA are shipped by USPS or UPS. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally at this time. We process and ship orders every Thursday. If you need your item(s) by a certain date, please e-mail us prior to ordering: orders@atlasbranding.com.

You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service. Orders normally arrive 2 – 3 days after shipped, but due to COVID, it could be longer.

We take a minimal, up-cycled approach to our packaging and whenever possible we ship orders in lightly used shipping containers.

Atlas Branding is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery errors due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the exchange is a result of our error.

 

LOST ORDER OR DAMAGED

Once we ship an order it is out of our control. If you think your order might be lost, please contact your local post office.

All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can be damaged in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
